Keeping a landscape the way it was designed
Grounds maintenance keeps a landscape doing its job after the builders leave. On a new estate or school, the first year matters most. That's when trees establish and defects show up. After that it's scheduled work on a regular cycle, done to a standard everyone agreed at the start. On estate work, council's handover standard is usually written into the contract, and we maintain to it.

Written schedules and repairs on the spot
Each site gets a written schedule of tasks and frequencies, agreed before we start. Visits are timed around how the site is used: before open days at a school, or outside trading hours at a shopping centre. After each visit we log what was done, with photos of anything that needs a decision from you reporting method.
Because we also build landscapes, our maintenance crew can fix what they find. A lifted paver or a failed valve gets repaired on the visit, without calling in a second contractor.

Common questions
Do you still do lawn mowing and gutter cleaning?
Mowing and gutter cleaning are part of our scheduled maintenance for commercial, school, strata and council sites. For a one-off job, call us and we'll tell you straight whether we can fit it in.
What is establishment maintenance?
The watering, weeding, formative pruning and plant replacement a new landscape needs until it can look after itself. The contract sets the period. On estate work it usually runs until council accepts the landscape.
Can you take over a landscape someone else built?
Yes. We start with a site walk and a written condition report, so existing defects are on record before we take responsibility for the site.
How often will you visit?
That depends on the site. A school might need weekly visits in the growing season and fortnightly in winter. A commercial frontage might need a fortnightly visit all year. We'll recommend a schedule after the first site walk.
